In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013 and based on EU Directive 2013/11, we as an online provider are obliged to refer our customers to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ODR). This platform gives consumers the opportunity to settle any disputes arising from the online purchase contract between them and our company online and out of court.
